Antonieta Ras-Booi is a passionate advocate for Aruba’s cultural and artistic heritage.
As the daughter of the first head of the “Instituto di Cultura,” Mr. Hubert “Lio” Booi, and sister to one of Aruba’s golden voices, Mrs. Lidwina Booi, Antonieta was immersed in the arts from a young age. Her childhood was filled with music, acting, and poetry, leading her to a lifelong involvement in creative and cultural initiatives.

With a background that includes modeling, radio broadcasting, and performing arts, Antonieta’s experiences are as diverse as they are impressive.
She has contributed to various cultural groups, including “Urirama” and “Grupo Amistad,” and has taken on numerous roles from singer to comedian. Her creative journey has seen her performing on both local and international stages, and she continues to be an integral part of Aruba’s artistic community.
